Shipping & FAQ
Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your order as well as your delivery information. If you wish to modify this information, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have not received this confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam before contacting us.
Packages are prepared and shipped from France for domestic and international shipments. Certain products can exceptionally be sent from Japan, particularly when it comes to premium or exclusive products.
Orders are shipped within 4 working days after confirmation of your order.
Shipping costs depending on destination:

Orders are sent in letter or colissimo format depending on the size of each product. For mainland France and Europe it takes 2 to 5 days for receipt after sending. For the rest of the world 1 week to 10 days.
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs. In the event of a damaged product, Studio Bon will not be able to refund the product in full.
In case of problems related to the quality of the product (poorly printed color, scratches, etc.), please contact us to see how to resolve your problem. We will try to be flexible wherever possible.
In the case of a personalized item, no withdrawal can be accepted.
CONTACT US ASAP IF:
- you have not received your order after the expected deadlines.
- your package has arrived damaged. Also report any damage to the delivery service and remember that you can refuse the package to the delivery person if it is in too poor condition upon receipt.
- your package does not comply with the order placed.
