The Zinglé family has specialized in ski rental & repair since 1923. More recently, the manager acquired expertise in podiatry.
To pay tribute to these spatula specialists, I wanted to offer a visual that would highlight the modern and the ancient, while making reference to their historical poster if possible.
Here is the first step of reflection
It is ultimately the penultimate visual which takes precedence, with a reference to the old poster.
here the historical poster
and here is mine below.
On the right and left the old/new skis seem to be talking to each other. Where they intersect, you can see in the background the Schnepfendried ski resort where the Zinglé store is currently located. The thick black font directly echoes the original font. The structure of the drawing is very symmetrical in order to clearly highlight the old/new opposition.
This new visual deserves to have some additional inscriptions on the spatulas, but for the moment it remains as is.
